Our client, the leading Nordic language technology company for multilingual services, with 50 years of experience and global reach, is looking for Support Engineer (m/f) to join their Technology team. The position will be based in company’s office in Split, Croatia but you will be working closely together with the Technology Team in Aarhus, Helsinki, Gothenburg, and Stockholm.
The role of Support Engineer is a core position within the modern Language Solutions industry. You will be supporting customers and colleagues with getting the most of the company’s Language Technology tools, as well as helping them troubleshoot. This is a role within the Technology department and as the team is distributed you will be expected to be able to work independently and manage priorities. You will be working closely with the Technology Support Manager and colleagues of your immediate team, but also collaborating closely with the Product Managers. In this role you will be reporting to the Manager of Technology Support.

Our client is looking for a candidate with a solutions-oriented mindset, technical problem-solving skills. You are customer satisfaction oriented and understand how technical applications affect user experience. You look for ways to proactively engage requestors and enjoy figuring out how to assist and resolve tickets. This is a cross-functional role, so a proven ability to understand requirements from various points of view and translate them to actionable items is a must.
A core part of the position is that you possess a problem-solving analytical ability.
Company’s corporate language is English and fluency in written and spoken English is a requirement for this role.
This is a full-time position, and you will be based in company’s office in Split, Croatia.
